How we handle prices, remakes, shipping, and your case files — the same for every dentist, no fine-print surprises.

Pricing

Straight to production — Your case goes into production the moment you submit it — no waiting on quotes or approvals. Nothing is charged at submission; the final price is set from the actual case, shown on your case and statement, and if it differs from the guide we message you on the case. The Full-Arch Package has one flat package price.

Remakes

Free for fit & defects — Remakes for fit or material defects are free. Request one from the delivered case in the portal — a linked remake case is created at $0.
Design preview, shared — On full-arch cases we share the design preview as production begins — flag a change on the case and we catch it early. Your case never waits.
Case review — Every case is reviewed when it arrives. If something in the scan or prescription needs attention, we message you on the case before making anything.

Lifetime support

Every prosthesis CleverSmile makes comes with lifetime support. If you ever have a question or a problem with a CleverSmile prosthesis, contact the team — for as long as that prosthesis is in service.

Warranty

The titanium-zirconia full-arch prosthesis is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear, accidental damage, and changes in the clinical situation are not manufacturing defects; those cases are handled through lifetime support and reviewed by the team.

Shipping & files

Shipping — Free standard shipping on digital cases. When your case ships, the carrier and tracking number appear on the case in the portal.
Your files — Scans and photos are used only to produce your case and are shared only with the lab producing it. Patient references can be initials or IDs — full names are never required.
